Returning Summit Families - Intent to Enroll

 

Current Summit Families,

It is time to submit your Intent to Enroll for 2026-2027. Please follow the steps in the section that applies to your student. This process is only for CURRENT Summit families and should be completed by January 12th, 2026.

If you know at this time that your family will not be returning, or may not be returning to Summit for the 2026-27 school year, please complete THIS FORM. (Completing this form only gives us a heads up about next year, please also complete the Intent to Enroll for all of your students.)

Current Part-Time Students (returning as part-time)

  1. Log into Enroll Jeffco
  2. Choose the student and click Apply Now.
  3. Select Future Year (2026-2027)
  4. On the next step choose either the 2nd or 3rd option:
    1. If you want to submit your Letter of Intent to Homeschool to Jeffco, choose Option 2.
    2. If you want to submit your Letter of Intent to Homeschool to another district or an umbrella school, choose Option3.
  5. Confirm your family information and the grade for which you're applying. 
  6. On the Intent to Enroll page, Summit Academy Westminster should already appear.
    1. Click the GREEN Submit button.
    2. Do NOT click the BLUE Submit and apply to other part-time programs button.
    3. Do NOT try to switch days through EnrollJeffco. If you wish to change days, please complete the Day Change Request form on out website. 
 

Current Full-Time Students (returning as full-time)

  1. Log into EnrollJeffco
  2. Choose the student and click Apply Now.
  3. Select Future Year (2026-2027)
  4. Choose the first option: Enroll in a Full-Time Program.
  5. On the Intent to Enroll page, select Yes, I want to enroll in Summit Academy Full Time.
  6. Confirm your family information and the future grade.
  7. Click Submit Application.
 

Current Part-Time Wanting to Move to Full-Time

  1. Complete the steps for Current Part-Time students listed above.
  2. Complete the Intent to Enroll as if your student were returning to the part-time program, ensuring the page says Summit Academy Westminster.
  3. Do NOT apply to the Summit Academy Full-Time program through Enroll Jeffco.
    1. We will process the full-time enrollment on our end.
