Celebrate with a dress-up day and pumpkin carving contest.

Costumes can not be scary, please no masks, and no weapons as props of any kind. We will have a regular school day with no party and no candy. Dressing up is OPTIONAL.
Family Pumpkin Carving Contest. Bring your carved pumpkins to school on October 28th and 30th. Neutral judges will be judging and awarding family prizes. Please, only one entry per student.

In an effort not to take away from class time this semester, Parent Teacher Conferences will be held by appointment only.
Teachers will be reaching out to you by email, or if you would like to set an appointment to meet with your teacher directly, you may contact them by email to schedule a time to meet.
Google Classroom:
If you are new to Google Classroom (or just need a refresher), this is how you can join classes:
Find the Google Classroom app. (You can simply search for it on Google or use the 9-dot menu/"waffle" on the Google home page to find it.)
Log in/sign in. Look for the account in the upper right corner. Sign in with the student's jeffcoschools.us account (studentnumber@jeffcoschools.us). The student number can be found on the course schedule they received yesterday. Their password should be the same as last year. If you need assistance with the password, please contact the SAS office.
If you are joining your first class, you can click "Join class" in the middle of the page. If you have already joined other classes, you will click the "+" sign in the top right corner.
Type in the class code from the syllabus (under "Contact Me") and click "Join."
If you get a "something went wrong" message, make sure you typed the code EXACTLY as it is shown on the syllabus. Also, make sure you are signed into your jeffcoschools.us account, not another account. You can not join a Google Classroom with a personal email address.
