The JBC voted last Monday to cut our funding from .5 to .25. They are currently in the process of writing an orbital bill for this funding cut. In order for this orbital bill to go to the House and Senate, the entire JBC has to vote in favor of this bill. This being said, there is a representative who will pull our funding bill out of the JBC, even if it isn’t unanimous, because he feels so strongly about cutting our funding. He feels so strongly that he referred to it as immoral to fund us at a .5.
