Interested in learning more about your student taking college classes while in high school? These meetings are for students NEW to Concurrent Enrollment. If your student is planning to take CE classes for the first time, a parent and the student MUST attend one of these two after-school meetings, at 3:30 pm on Dec 2nd in Littleton or Dec 4th in Conifer. 

There will be plenty of time for questions and answers for individual needs. Please email Mrs. Bidwell with any questions prior to the meetings (Megan.Bidwell@jeffcoschools.us) 

Lockdown Drills are happening this week at both locations. We will run the drill with the Jeffco Safety Team (R1). These are necessary practice drills that help both our students and staff prepare for emergencies. We do these annually to help keep our school safe. We will be watching the same (kid/age-appropriate) safety videos as last year. Parents may stop by the front office to preview the video before school.

Physics-Stop That Ball: Students will explore energy and motion by designing a system to stop a bouncy ball using cardboard and creative materials. Students will investigate how force and friction influence the ball's movement. All are invited to join us, best suited for 2nd grade and up.

$5 per participant 

This field trip requires a waiver to be filled out and brought in the day of.

This field trip requires a minimum of 10 students with a maximum capacity of 16 participants.  

Free All-School Field Trip. Friday, Jan 9th 9:00 am check-in.

Please check in with us at the school field trip entry at the back of the building.  

SAS Transportation is not provided, parking can be challenging, so please plan accordingly to arrive by 9:00 am for check-in with us.

December 16th and 18th

To celebrate the festive season, we will be serving cookies and cocoa at lunch.

No changes will be made to the school day schedule. 

Allergy-free options will be provided as well. 

All friends and families are welcome to join us during both lunches on Dec. 9th and 11th, when some of our talented students will sell their goods before the holidays. Please join us as a buyer. Bring spending cash to help support our students. 

Many students signed up to sell, and we would love to have you shop with us. Be sure to check in at the front office to pick up a visitor's badge when you come. 

Join us at our Open House on Wednesday, December 3rd, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., and tour programs and campuses in December. This informational night is aimed at future students and families, covering Warren Tech's program offerings, college credit, certification opportunities, and application process for the following school year. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet instructors and current students and ask questions about programs and the Warren Tech experience. 

The Round 1 application window opens on December 2 and closes on January 9, 2025. Students entering their junior or senior year in 2025-26 are eligible to apply, but younger students are welcome to visit. Visit the Open House page for more information. 

Register your student for TeenPact State Classes to learn about our state government from a hands-on approach! Activities include visiting the state Capitol, learning how a bill becomes a law, introducing your proposed bill in a mock legislature, running for office, and meeting other homeschooling students from our state - and more!
