We are just a few days away from beginning our 2025-26 school year. We have been spending a few weeks preparing and are so excited to have students in the building. Here are a few reminders for next week....
We’re excited to welcome you to our annual
Back to School Night!
New Families: Join Mrs. Mott in the library at 5:30pm for a brief welcome and to answer any individual questions.
At 6:00pm, we’ll gather in the gym for a short presentation covering important information for all families. Afterward, you’ll head to your child’s classroom(s) for teacher presentations.
To help families with multiple children, teachers will offer two identical sessions:
Session 1: 6:20–6:50pm
Session 2: 7:00–7:30pm
Attendance matters! Back to School Night counts as a student contact day, so please make every effort to be there. If you’re unable to attend, call the office at 720-719-3003 or let your child’s teacher know.
We can’t wait to see you there!
Tuesday, August 19th is the first day of school for our full time students. We will gather together on the soccer field at 8:30am before moving into the building for our first day.
Monday August 25th is our first Super Monday class schedule.

Kick off the new school year with some great food and even better company!
Our PTO Back to School BBQ starts at 4:30pm—come enjoy a casual meal, connect with other families, and get into the school spirit before the evening begins.
At 5:30pm, families new to JA CCC are invited to meet Principal Mott in the library for a warm welcome and a chance to ask questions.
Then at 6:00pm, we’ll head into the gym for Back to School Night—a short all-school presentation followed by classroom visits.
Homeschool families: We’d love to see you at the BBQ and join us for Back to School Night if you’d like!
We noticed many of you did not complete the JA registration form for your children. The form will now be open until Aug 18th. Please take the time to fill this out. All students enrolled at JA must be registered using the online registration form.
Those families who did not fill out the Super Monday class selection form, your students will be rostered into classes by the staff as per the communication sent out in July.
