First semester report cards will be in today’s Friday folder. We are having difficulty getting grades for Super Monday posted in Campus so report cards do not include any of the students' Monday classes. The good news is all teachers have been tracking progress/participation and report that students are doing amazing in Super Monday classes. They are highly engaged and focused on the learning that is happening. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to the individual classroom teachers

ROUND 1 OPEN ENROLLMENT CLOSES JAN 17TH!!
Round 1 of open enrollment for the 2025-26 school year is now open through January 17! All families, including those new to Jeffco and those returning to the same school, should complete this enrollment process to ensure your spot is reserved for next year.
Steps to Enroll:
Step 1: Login to EnrollJeffco to start the process
Step 2: Locate the "My Student" section
Click "apply now" under your student's profile
OR
Click "new" to add new students (Only if needed)
Step 3: At this point you will have a choice to submit your intent to continue enrolment at JA CCC or you may choose to apply to other schools.
Do not leave your car unattended in the drop off/pick up lane or in the middle of the parking lot. If you want to come to the bottom of the stairs please park in a parking space and come meet your child. As an extra safety measure especially for younger children Please do not have them cross the parking lot unattended, come meet them at the sidewalk and help them cross. Please proceed with caution when driving on school property, remember kids move quickly and sometimes are not paying perfect attention.
Our state CMAS testing is quite a ways off but wanted to make sure families get these dates on their calendars. We are asking all families to make their best effort to not plan trips or appointments during the window. The dates for the testing window are April 7th-April 25th.

We are very excited to be able to take our students to the National Western Stock Show on Friday, January 17th. This field trip is happening very quickly after we return from Winter Break and there are a couple of things we will need from parents. Please see the links to sign up to volunteer and the request for sack lunches. You have until MONDAY JAN 13 to request a sack lunch!!!
We made some great progress over the break in getting the health department to inspect our space. We only have a couple of minor fixes and then we can schedule our final inspection and be fully licensed. If you or anyone you know has a child they are interested in starting at JACCC pre-k for the remainder of this year please email Carol Wilson, if you haven’t already, so she can make sure you get all the information you need to register when the time comes. Thank you for your patience through this process. It has been far more complicated to start his program in the canyon than we ever imagined.
